And yes, you get the entire lower level of the home to yourself, with a private entrance and all the space you could want. The friendly owner lives upstairs but you’ll barely know they’re there unless the goats beat them to saying hello.

You’ll need a car to make the most of your stay. But that’s the trade-off for peace, quiet, and uninterrupted views.

Guest Access & The Fine Print

• Full, private access to the lower level (with separate entrance)

• Laundry in shared foyer is yours to use (owner may briefly pass through to access pump room)

• Parking for 2+ cars – let us know if you need more

• Linen provided – no need to bring sheets or towels

• Well-behaved pets welcome (on approval + small fee)

• Unfenced acreage – perfect for exploring, just keep an eye on little ones

• Security camera at front entrance for your safety (faces driveway only)

• Wildlife around – you’re in nature, so keep doors closed to avoid unexpected visitors (goannas, koalas, snakes)
