The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay, while the light-filled master bedroom on the entrance level offers a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, the loft space includes a second queen bedroom with high gable ceilings, a versatile study or third bedroom with a sofa bed, and a main bathroom. The apartment’s airy layout is designed to make guests feel at home, with thoughtful touches like a separate laundry, complete with a washing machine and dryer. Guests can also enjoy access to a communal pool and BBQ area within the complex.

The apartment does not currently have air conditioning, ceiling and pedestal fans are provided. The central location in Spring Hill offers easy access to shops, cafes, public transport, and nearby parks, making it the perfect base for exploring Brisbane.

‘DRIFTWOOD’ is our home’s name to reflect the surrounding seascape and natural beauty of the area.

Relax in the shared infinity pool and spa (please note this is shared with the other properties in the estate) located just a minute’s walk from the beach house.

Set on the edge of the national park this beautiful three bedroom townhouse is situated right at the top of the One Mile Ridge estate, uniquely positioned to take in the spectacular ocean and beach and sea views. Eco-designed to make the most of the ocean breezes this property is well designed to be bright and breezy and is ideal for families up to 6 people.

Indoor and outdoor living with the main living room bi-fold doors opening up to a full length balcony where you can sit and relax while enjoying the wide ocean views of One Mile Beach.

Watch the whales swim and frolic as they migrate north and south from June to October. The coastline here is one of the most easterly points on the NSW coast and the whales swim very close, often making some spectacular shows!

The views from this townhouse are perfect all year round and when the whales are migrating you will have a perfect vantage point. There is also a track at the rear of the townhouse to get a closer look at these majestic mammals so bring your camera, you will not be disappointed.

Walk a few steps to the brand new infinity edge pool and spa (shared) and watch the western sunset while lazing over the infinity edge. Due to be completed end July.

The sunrises are another feature of Boat Harbour and well worth the effort to get up early to enjoy this event.

The communal infinity swimming pool and spa is perfect for the family after those big days at the Beach, the 180 degree views are quiet spectacular from this area. The communal BBQ facilities are located next to the pool for your convenience.

Three bedroom two storey home located in the One Mile Ridge gated estate at Boat Harbour, Port Stephens.

One Mile Retreat is an exclusive, secluded, luxurious Beach House set high on the peak of One Mile Ridge. The property overlooks and has direct access to One Mile Beach, one of the most spectacular patrolled surf beaches on the coast of New South Wales. From the deck are uninterrupted 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean sweeping around to Tomaree National Park. If you do not make it to the beach, enjoy the breathtaking views from the heated Infinity pool and spa.

The Space:

The house has been cleverly designed to maximise all the advantages of it’s elevated site, with floor to ceiling windows to celebrate the views.

The interior is relaxed and flows over two levels, each with its own bathrooms and living spaces, making the property ideal for an upstairs-downstairs spread between kids and adults.

You can all join together around the dining table on the second level for family meals prepared on the huge marble benches in the kitchen.

The three wonderful bedrooms are beautifully set with colourful fabrics and fine bed linens. Fluffy Egyptian cotton towels complete the bathrooms.

Just a few kilometres to Anna Bay shops and Birubi Beach and Stockton Sand dunes.

Fabulous walking through national park tracks, headlands and bays. Salamander Bay shopping centre is just a 7 minute drive away. Nelson Bay is the main shopping hub and Marina of Port Stephens, just a 10 minute drive.

Please note that for the comfort of all guests and neighbours, we have installed a ‘Minut’ noise monitoring device in the home, which helps us maintain a peaceful environment by alerting us to noise levels, guest count, and cigarette smoke. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of our quiet hours and house rules.
