As we’re surrounded by natural bushland, pets must be supervised and, on a lead, when outdoors to keep them and local wildlife safe.

Outdoor & Active Spaces:

Sparkling pool (unheated) take a refreshing dip or lounge under the sun in our sun loungers.

Tennis court enjoy a casual game or friendly match. Racquets and balls are not provided.

Gardens – wander through the peaceful greenery.

Wellness Spaces:

Steam room available upon request, perfect for unwinding, relaxing sore muscles, and letting go of the day’s stresses.

Indoor & Shared Spaces:

Retreat lounge when not being used for retreats or classes, this calm, inviting space is open for guests to enjoy. Sit by the dining table, unwind on the lounges with a book, or simply soak up the tranquil ambience.

The neighborhood

The neighbourhood around, is a peaceful, nature-filled area nestled within the Gold Coast hinterland. Surrounded by lush bushland and acreage and horse properties, it offers a serene and restorative atmosphere, making it ideal for guests seeking quiet, wellness, and relaxation. The area has a distinct countryside charm, where birdsong replaces city noise and the air feels fresh and calm. Despite its tranquil setting, the location is just a short drive from everyday conveniences. Mudgeeraba Village and nearby Robina provide cafés, local shops, and major shopping centres, while the M1 motorway ensures easy access to beaches, attractions, and the broader Gold Coast.

This balance of nature and accessibility gives visitors the best of both worlds – peaceful seclusion with urban amenities closes by.

The local community is friendly and health-focused, with several retreat spaces, holistic centers, and wellness activities nearby. Visitors can enjoy bushwalking trails, local markets, and a slower pace of life that encourages rest and rejuvenation.

Getting around

Getting around is easy and flexible, especially by car. The area is conveniently close to the M1 Motorway, providing quick access to major Gold Coast destinations such as Robina Town Centre, Burleigh Heads, and the beaches within 15–20 minutes. Driving offers the best way to explore both the coast and the lush hinterland, Springbrook and Lamington National parks and Mount Tamborine. Public transport is available through local bus routes connecting Mudgeeraba to Robina Station, where you can catch trains north to Brisbane or south toward the airport. Ride shares, taxis, and private transfers are also reliable alternatives, particularly for airport trips or late-night outings. Whether you’re visiting nearby cafés, heading to the national parks, or exploring the coastline, transport options from this peaceful suburb are accessible and convenient.

Other things to note

This property is privately managed to give guests a peaceful, independent stay rather than a traditional hotel experience. There’s no on-site reception, but you’ll always be able to message me easily through the booking platform if you need anything or have a question. You’ll have plenty of privacy, but never feel out of reach – I’ll be just a message away to help things run smoothly and make sure your stay feels effortless from start to finish. No in-room cooking facilities available. All bed and bath linen and toiletries are included. Please note that external lights are turned off at 10 pm for the peace of our guests and local wildlife. If you’re arriving after this time, we recommend bringing a small torch or using your phone light to find your way safely to your room. Please provide your own pet bedding, toys and food bowls.

Participation in wellness/retreat classes during your stay is optional and can be booked via the Hippocrates Health Centre website.

As your host, my goal is to make your stay smooth, comfortable, and completely stress-free. You’ll check in easily with our key safe system, and once you’re settled, you’ll be able to message me through the platform if you need anything or have a question. This retreat is privately managed rather than run like a hotel or resort, so there’s no front desk – but you won’t be left hanging. We handle all guest communication to make sure everything flows just right for your stay. We love sharing our local knowledge whether it’s the best cafés in Mudgeeraba, scenic hinterland drives, or nearby wellness spots we’re just a message away. Our goal is to ensure you have a relaxing and memorable stay surrounded by nature and comfort. From the moment you arrive to when you check out, we’ll do our best to make you feel right at home. 🌿

Guest Access: Look for house number 42 (clearly marked on the house). You’re welcome to park in the two-car carport.

Once you’ve parked, head to the front door and enter your unique access code into the electronic keypad. No keys, no fuss – just drop your bags and start relaxing.

You’ll have full access to the home, pool, fire pit.

Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.

The open-plan living area features polished wooden floors, a stylish 55” Samsung Frame TV, and a private balcony, perfect for relaxing with views of the surrounding rooftops. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for a comfortable stay, while the light-filled master bedroom on the entrance level offers a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite bathroom.

Upstairs, the loft space includes a second queen bedroom with high gable ceilings, a versatile study or third bedroom with a sofa bed, and a main bathroom. The apartment’s airy layout is designed to make guests feel at home, with thoughtful touches like a separate laundry, complete with a washing machine and dryer. Guests can also enjoy access to a communal pool and BBQ area within the complex.

The apartment does not currently have air conditioning, ceiling and pedestal fans are provided. The central location in Spring Hill offers easy access to shops, cafes, public transport, and nearby parks, making it the perfect base for exploring Brisbane.
