This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. 
  2. Choose between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus admin fee $15) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50. 
  3. Agree to and sign our rental agreement.

Upstairs, the loft space includes a second queen bedroom with high gable ceilings, a versatile study or third bedroom with a sofa bed, and a main bathroom. The apartment’s airy layout is designed to make guests feel at home, with thoughtful touches like a separate laundry, complete with a washing machine and dryer. Guests can also enjoy access to a communal pool and BBQ area within the complex.

Boat Harbour on the Beach Getaway is a 3 bedroom apartment located on Boat Harbour Beach, Port Stephens overlooking one of Port Stephens’ safest ocean beaches.

This luxurious apartment is the perfect place to getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by national park, white sand beaches and stunning natural attractions, this is a vacationer’s dream. Just 20 metres to the sand with rock pools from your front door.

Families with young kids love it here because of the safe waters and easy amble back to get sandwiches or another bottle of water.

The Space:

The apartment is tailor-made for holidaying families, couples or a bunch of friends away together. There are three queen bedrooms, an ensuite and a main bathroom, Plasma TV, DVD/VCR and CD player, climate control air-conditioning and security parking for two cars in the garage.

All linen is supplied, wi-fi is included and tea and coffee on arrival. From the lounge and deck, you look straight down to the beach below, which is an ideal vantage point for firing up the barbecue and uncorking a bottle of sparkles.

Grab the morning newspaper and a pot of tea or the coffee plunger before settling down on the balcony to the sound of breaking waves. You can serve leisurely dinners in the full kitchen or use the balcony barbecue to grill the freshest catch of the day.

Watch the whales in season from the balcony and from the many great viewing points around Boat Harbour. Dolphin spotting is excellent in Port Stephens’ beautiful bays. The gently and protected beach at Boat harbour is great for kids. Be sure to pack your snorkel as the rocky coves and pools provide excellent diving opportunities. And of course the name says it all – Boat Harbour is the place to set sail, drop a line and reel in a nice, long relaxing break.

If you want surf action, One Mile Beach is just next door. A must see is the stunning Birubi Beach especially at sunset and for the more adventurous try sand sliding, camel riding and 4 wheel driving on the Stockton sand dunes. Nelson Bay is just a 10 minute drive away for shopping, restaurants, cafes, and the Marina.
