Guest access

The access code to the house will be provided the day before check in. The front gates are open from 7am to 6pm. If you arrive late, to check in please push 338 at the front gate be let in.

Guests will have the whole house to themselves including the single garage. The tennis court and swimming pools are shared as part of the complex.

* Parties and group events are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests
* Pool is shared within the complex
* Kirra Beach is a flat 800m walk

Before you arrive, please ensure you complete the following:
* Complete guest verification through our third-party provider, Truvi. This helps us stay compliant with short-term rental regulations and adds extra protection for both you and the property. Truvi will reach out to you via email and/or text for verification.
* Choose your damage protection: Select between a refundable deposit of $500 (plus a $15 admin fee) or a non-refundable damage waiver for $50.

And yes, you get the entire lower level of the home to yourself, with a private entrance and all the space you could want. The friendly owner lives upstairs but you’ll barely know they’re there unless the goats beat them to saying hello.

* Keys are collected at nearby Night Owl store. Access details and directions will be sent prior to check in.

* Airconditioned – Split system in living room (cools bedrooms when bedroom doors left open).

* Free Wifi.

* Prices include exit clean on departure. Enquire for mid-stay clean and linen change (charge applies).

* Bed and bath linen provided.

* By the Beach Getaways does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, etc. and cannot control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. No compensation will be given for such events.

* Parties and group events are strictly prohibited.

* Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we’re here to help. A $200 call-out fee applies and must be cleared before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 10 pm-8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.

* For stays over 14 nights, cleaning and linen change is required and charged to the guest at $180 per clean/linen change.

IMPORTANT:

We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification.
